1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely
*not* like? I love Debbie Bliss and Rowan particularly cotton, and cotton blends. My all time
favorite is Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino. I am not a big fan of anything not suitable for children.
2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in? I've recently purchased a whole set of knitting/needle
and hook bags from Cath Kidston in the "washed roses" pattern. I LOVE this pattern!
3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate
or advanced?
I learned to knit in Singapore while I was living abroad in the fall of 2006.
I think I am an intermediate knitter.
4. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list? I have an Amazon wish list.

What's your favorite scent? I like the smell of Mustela baby products and anything vanilla.
6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy? Really good dark chocolate.
7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin? Cross stitch, scrapbooking
(toddler boy themes) & cooking. I do not know how to spin.
8. What kind of music do you
like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD). Coldplay, U2,
Bryan Ferry, 80's music. Yes, I can play MP3's.
9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors
you just can't stand? I love blues, brown's and khaki for baby clothes and white &
cream for anything. Bright, loud colors are not for me.
10. What is your family situation? Do
you have any pets? I am going through a divorce and have a 2 1/2 year old son. We have Koi fish
in our pond outside.
11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos? I wear hats
and scarves.
12. What is/are your favorite item/s to knit? Toddler boy items.
13. What are you knitting right now? A red cashmere cabled vest for my son.
14. Do you like to receive handmade gifts? Sure!
15. Do you prefer straight or circular
needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic? Straight needles in bamboo.

19. Is there anything that you collect? Starbucks coffee mugs from different cities around the
world. Knitting books for baby or toddler items.

out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have? I am
looking for issue 48 (Oct 21st - Nov 3) of YOURS magazine. There is a great article on a knitting friend
of mine. I think it is only available in the UK. I also have been trying to find Last Minute Knitted Gifts but my LYS has
been sold out!
21. Are there any new techniques you'd like to learn? Basic
cables for children sized items.
22. Are you a sock knitter? What are your foot measurements? No
socks here!
